New to Barre?
Here are some FAQ’s that may help:

Wear pants or leggings that you are comfortable in. Wear a workout tank or t-shirt. No shoes involved here! For this workout, you can put on grip socks, so you won’t slide- or no socks at all!

All you will need to bring is a mat and water. Everything else is provided!

You can see results in just eight to ten classes! For optimal results, take at least three to four classes a week.

When your muscles reach fatigue, your body starts to shake. It’s a good thing! That’s when the change happens. After the shake, you will stretch to elongate the muscles; while they are still warm.
